Martin Crellin Copywriting and Translation is looking for graduates or final-year students of German to spend one or two months with the company in Ludwigsburg (15 mins by train from Stuttgart) as an intern.

What is an internship?

An internship is a one or two month, full-time employment contract designed to give us a look at your skills, the way you work, and to see if you would be suitable for a position as a trainee with our company. It aims to give graduates, or soon-to-be-graduates the chance to learn and develop without the pressure of having to "pay their way" from the word go, and gives us the opportunity to nurture fresh talent without a huge upfront financial commitment.

We provide a "subsistence-level" salary of 500 euros per month. We will also help you to find a place to stay and to sort out your paperwork.

What is expected of me?

You will be expected to take on fairly simple translation assignments, and to learn how to improve your written work. In such a short space of time, you won't learn everything. But you will give us an insight into how you work and whether we think you could make it.

And what if I do a good job?

If we believe you have the potential to go far as a translator/copywriter, and if we think you will fit in well, we may offer you a trainee contract (see separate details about traineeships).

Bei einer Telefonkonferenz einigten sie sich am Freitag darauf, dass 30 Milliarden Euro zur Unterstützung des Schuldenschnitts nun bereit stehen. Das teilte Eurogruppenchef Jean-Claude Juncker mit, ohne Zahlen zu nennen. Das Rettungspaket umfasst insgesamt 130 Milliarden Euro. Bedingt durch den Erfolg von iPhone und iPad wird Apple viel stärker in Unternehmen Fuß fassen, als viele sich das vorstellen können, frohlockt Forrester-Analyst Frank E. Gillet in einem Report. Grund für diese Einschätzung liefert ihm eine Umfrage unter 10.000 Informationsspezialisten, nach der bereits 21 Prozent Apple-Produkte für die Arbeit nutzen. Trotz erwartbarer Preisträger und routiniertem Gastgeber interessierten die Oscars in diesem Jahr mehr TV-Zuschauer. Im Fünf-Jahres-Vergleich kam die diesjährige Verleihzeremonie unter Billy Crystal auf Platz zwei. Das beste Ergebnis erzielte die Oscar-Gala 2010 mit 41,3 Millionen Zuschauern.
